80% percent of the weight loss battle is NUTRITION. Which means your success starts and ends in the kitchen everyday. It is my opinion that this is the key to achieving and maintaining the body you want. If you want to have a healthy body that is strong and resilient, you must obey the rule! 10% percent is exercise and the last 10% is rest and recovery. What you do when you are not in the gym has profound effects on your body.
Not only must you feed your body healthy nutritious food, you must water it. Water is the most effective fat burner there is. Water plays a vital role in every function of the body and it is the only fluid your body requires. I want you to drink at least 8, 12-oz bottles of regular water each and everyday.
Your body runs on real food, water, and appropriate supplementation. In order to be successful you must establish and maintain consistent healthy eating habits with the singular goal of powering your body. Truly amazing things will begin to happen for you when you combine all 4 elements. You will become an unstoppable force in achieving your weight loss goal and have a strong, heathy, active body.
